Are you a pill popping tax cheat?

Well, I must amend this blog. I sent XXXXX a mild demand letter awhile back; apparently he has come to his senses- this morning the power was restored. I'm still waiting for the water, though. If the water comes back this week, then he isn't so evil after all, or maybe he became afraid of a serious lawsuit?

The water is back- the city unlocked the meter, yet failed to turn the switch, so I did that last night.
It looks like I won the struggle- still waiting for the gas meter to be unlocked, though.

I suppose XXXXX realized I wasnt going anywhere. He may have been afraid to formally evict me, since he broke the law with the shut-offs and whatnot.....he didnt want to explain to the judge why he bought a house and never visited it either or used it for any purpose, except maybe illegally listing it as a preserved historic home for a bizarre tax write off racket, lol

XXXX XXX XXX  may be a bigshot and a Fed XXXXXXX official, etc, but his record is tarnished- two traffic stops in a year and a half- he got tickets for driving without an Operators license, driving with an expired inspection sticker, and reckless driving.....for somone who supposedly has their act together enough to rise almost to the top of the heap to manage the nations economy, it looks like he is messed up on prescription pills or alcohol or something.

I'm just speculating about the pills and the tax evasion, so this isnt libel.

XXXXX XXXX XXX sucks

The reader may wonder... why didn't I raise holy heck right after December 3, 2009? Why did I wait until about July 4th to complain to him about the utility shut-offs?

First, since so much time had already gone by under the new owner without me and him  ever having met in any way, I wanted to continue to maintain my low profile. I did this because my rent is extremely low, something like you'd expect to pay in a small town in the  the mid 1980's.....

...Second, despite the power outage after December 3, I managed to partly circumvent the owners aim. 'Nuff said.

XXXXX  has kept this 100 year- old house empty, except for yours truly. I think he is using it for an illegal tax write-off...He bought it through his corporation, Historic XXX , LLC. On the deed, it says the consideration was for $XX......hmm.

Burn in Hell, XXXXXXXX XX XXXXX

December 3 2009, XXXXX  shut off the power....

I have lived in this house for eleven years...On January X  200X, the house exchanged hands- the previous owner sold it to XXXXXX XXXXX.  I got one phone call from him (the other landlord must have given him my number)...he left me a message, saying that we should meet. I returned the call, leaving a message,etc.
About three weeks later, I was coming down the stairs and spied a man on the porch- I assumed it was XXXXXXX XXXX . He had  a young person with him. I stepped out on the porch to greet this man, but he abruptly swung his body to avoid making any face to face contact with me- it was obvious he didnt want to see me. This must be a handyman, I thought as I walked away.
So I never met the new owner. Years went by- the house was empty, except for me. No one else rented any of the rooms.
Someone buys a house, and never utilizes it at all? Never even visits the house? For four and a half years? Hmm.

XXXXXXX XX XXXX  works at the XXXXXXX XXX XXXXXX XXXXX. He use to be listed as a Vice President, but lately it seems he is 'just' their main regional economist. He probably knows  US XXXXXXXX  Secretary XXX XXXXXXX...maybe he knows XXXX XXXXXXXX or even President Obama?

XXXXXXX XXXXX  commited criminal acts when he shut off my utilities...it is unlawful to shut off a tenants utilities except with notice, to do repairs. They cannot be shut off for nonpayment of rent, but I have always paid my rent anyway. He cut off the power on Dec.3, 2009, then turned it back on on March 3, 2010, then shut it off again on June 8, then he cut off the water and the gas on July 13 2010. I wrote him a small note around July 4, then I sent him a receipt certified letter on July 17th; I got the return receipt about ten days ago, so if this is all just a big mixup, he has had time to respond and he hasnt. XXXXX  is guilty guilty guilty. I am suffering....

XXXXXXXX XXX XXXXXX X , are you trying to kill me?

This blog is about my struggle with my landlord, XXXXXXX XXX XXX X ...he is an economist and a 'landlord' in XXXXXXX XXXXXX. He has illegally shut off my utilities, even though I am current on the rent. His actions almost froze me to death in the winter, and they have almost roasted me this summer.  This is an ongoing struggle, I will never give up. He is evil.

When I ask if  XX XXXXXX  is trying to kill me, I mean that his actions, whether intentional or not, almost killed me, or at the very least almost caused me great bodily harm.  The electric power was cut on December 3, 2009, just as freezing temperatures were arriving. I had to scramble to survive, so in this sense he tried to kill me. It could have been an unconcious desire...He collects my rent checks, cashes them, yet still turns off the power box as winter begins...Maybe he isn't aware that freezing temperatures can be harmful to humans? Does he think I have a natrual layer of fur and blubber, like some wild animal, and I can survive in the cold? If he ordered the power cut on december 3, 2009, then he had to have known that his sadistic action put my life in immediate danger.
